Beiti and Google Sheets

When you connect Google Sheets to the private Beiti workspace, adridadou requests read-only access to your spreadsheets. It reads the workbooks and tabs linked to your workspace to display their contents, search them and filter them. It does not edit your spreadsheets or change their sharing permissions. Editing takes place in Google Sheets.

Workbook and tab references are stored with your account. Sheet contents are fetched when you open or refresh a collection and are not copied into the workspace database. The connection credential is encrypted and stored with access restricted to your account; it is used by the server to read the linked sheets. Sheet data is processed by our hosting infrastructure to provide these features and is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

You can disconnect Google Sheets in Beiti to delete the saved connection credential, and you can revoke access in your Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not delete your original spreadsheets, saved links, or workspace notes. Contact us to request deletion of your workspace data.

adridadou's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
